Pubic Hair Growth Retardant ★ Rockhampton

Pubic Hair Retardant treatment at Man Thing Rockhampton

My name is Andrew Thompson. I've been working on naked guys and girls for over 30 years.

During that long time in the hair removal industry, I've hear one constant complaint from clients who aren't suitable for IPL laser hair removal - How do I reduce my pubic hair regrowth?

The solution is to use a hair growth inhibitor.

Over time and with consistent treatments, regular ladies' Brazilian or men's Manzilian waxing do thin out regrowth to a small extent, but a pubic hair growth inhibitor magnifies that effect even further.

Applied immediately after your waxing treatment, Man Thing's potent combination of serums helps inhibit pubic hair regrowth like no other product I've used before.

Call me on 4926 7778 or 0422 276 202 if you have any questions or to make a booking. You can also book online.

Have a brilliant day,
Andrew Thompson.

FAQ ★ Pubic Hair Growth Retardant after-wax treatment

Can I have this treatment and also buy some extra lotion to apply between treatments?

No. The serum is applied immediately after your wax, before your hair shafts seal shut. Once they've closed, it's too late. The serum has no way of getting down to the hair follicle, so there is no point buying extra.

Does the pubic hair retardant solution hurt or sting?

No. It feels soothing.

What does the treatment entail?

Application of the pubic hair growth retardant replaces the post-wax procedure that usually follows your Brazilian or Manzilian wax.

For women, I massage the serum into your mons, labia majora, hood, and the skin adjacent to your perineal raphe.

For men, I massage the serum into your penis, pubis, perineum, and scrotum.

When can I have a shower?

Allow the serum to do its magic for 3 to 4 hours. Don't rub the area briskly with soaps or hot water for 24 hours.

The application sounds intimate. Am I likely to reach an awkward moment?

This treatment is definitely intimate but it's also non-sexual, i.e. it's not my intent to titillate you. Nor am I advertising that kind of service.

The selection of hand positions and motions available to effectively rub serums into your pubic area is limited, however I don't massage a single area with a single action for very long.

Any sensations of arousal you might experience in a particular area will be shortlived and disjointed as I move on to the next.

Also, if it makes you feel more comfortable, you are welcome to bring your partner along.

Do you wear gloves for this treatment?

Absolutely. Hygiene is paramount at all times.

I'm pregnant. Can I still get pubic hair retardant after my wax?

It all depends on your stage of pregnancy. If you can get waxed, then yes, you can have a pubic hair retardant treatment without any risk to the baby. This article explains the time frames in detail:

Should I get a Brazilian Wax while I'm Pregnant?

How much more time do I need to allow for this add-on treatment?

Around five minutes. Application of the serum takes around 2 to 3 minutes, then another 2 to dry on the skin. That's the end of the treatment. You can get dressed again and go about your normal day.

How many treatments will I need?

You should generally begin to see results after 3 or 4 treatments. The hair should come back in the same areas but finer with each treatment. The total number of treatments will depend on your stage of life and the results you are trying to achieve.

I'm thinking of getting IPL Hair Removal. Should I try this instead?

If you are a perfect candidate for IPL Hair Removal, i.e. dark hair and pale skin, and you have no other contraindications to IPL or laser treatments, get IPL. I recommend that path because light-based hair removal will do a quicker job than hair growth inhibitors.

That said, you will find retardants a handy add-on treatment once you've finished your IPL course to tidy up any stray blonds, reds, or greys. Labia and scrotums are notorious for light coloured hairs.

If you are not a perfect candidate for IPL, i.e. you have dark skin or if the majority of your hair is blond, brown, red, or grey, I recommend doing the hair growth retardant instead.

As opposed to light-based hair removal treatments, pubic hair growth retardant doesn't discriminate against hair colour.
