Body & Brazilian Waxing (Hair Removal treatment)
Body Waxing is probably self-explanatory. Treatments are available for both men and women. Brazilian Waxing is an umbrella term for any waxing of the genital or pubic area. Male Brazilians are sometimes called 'Manzilians'.
Diamond Microdermabrasion (Skin Treatment)
Diamond Microdermabrasion gently abraids the dead cells off the surface of your skin. It also sucks the goop out of your pores. It isn't painful and actually feels quite nice. Diamond Micro can be used on its own or as preparation for other skin treatments.
Fat Cavitation (Health & Fitness)
Also referred to as Body Sculpting, Fat Cavitation uses Ultrasound waves to break down the bonds that form between fat cells. Fat Cavitation is not a silver bullet. It works best on people who already live a healthy lifestyle.
Intraceuticals Hyperbaric Oxygen Facial (Skin Treatment)
Oxygen Facials require microdermabrasion beforehand. This treatment pushes serums through your skin under hyperbaric pressure using a handpiece and medical grade oxygen. Depending on the serum used, Oxygen Facials can treat multiple skin conditions including dryness, uneven discolouration, and fine lines. It is is a great pick-me-up before a special event and a popular alternative to injectables.

IPL Acne Removal (Skin Treatment)
Similar to IPL Photo Rejuve but using a different part of the light spectrum, IPL Acne Removal targets a compound in acne called porphyrin. Effectively targeted, each porphyrin cell releases a single oxygen molecule which is fatal to the acne virus. Treatments aren't painful and can be performed once a week until the condition is eradicated.
IPL Photo Rejuvenation (Skin Treatment)
Photo Rejuvenation is a blanket term for one of three treatments. Often they are combined or can be performed on their own. Treatments can be mildly uncomfortable but shouldn't be painful. Photo Rejuve uses IPL (intense pulsed light) to help eradicate freckles, uneven pigment, fine lines, scars, and broken capillaries.
Mountain Bike Coaching (Health & Fitness)
As an AusCycling-accredited Level 1 Mountain Bike Coach, I provide beginner classes in groups or 1 on 1. Depending on the day and time, classes might be held at Man Thing or First Turkey MTB Reserve.
PTF Hair Removal (Hair Removal treatment)
PTF Hair Removal uses medical-grade IPL to help eradicate dark hairs. Treatments are only mildly uncomfortable, and can be performed on all body parts except the scalp and directly around the eyes.
Remedial Massage (Health & Fitness)
Remedial Massage targets specific problems with your muscles. Treatments involve moderate to hard massage and some stretching. I only provide Remedial Massage, not relaxation massage.
RF Skin Tightening (Skin Treatment)
RF is short for Radio Frequency. RF Skin Tightening uses sound waves to generate heat deep in the skin. This helps straighten collagen fibres in the dermis, which in turn reduces wrinkles, and helps smooth cellulite, saggy skin, and stretch marks.
Teeth Whitening (Cosmetic Treatment)
Teeth Whitening at Man Thing uses the White Spa accelerating light and bleaching gels to give you the best results achievable outside of a dentist's chair. Treatments are painless and take 20 to 30 minutes for one application.
