25+ years on, nobody knows male pubic hair like me, nor comes close to my degree of experience in eradicating it.

Styles ★ IPL Pubic Hair Removal

FIRST TIMERS: If you've never had a Manzilian wax or IPL treatment before, choosing a style might seem a bit daunting. Don't stress. We can work that out on the day of your treatment.

Meanwhile, here are some popular styles of male bikini and Manzilians, as well as tips for which type of guy each style might suit.

Men's Speedo Bikini IPL

• The Speedo Bikini removes hair from the sides and top of your undies line but not from your penis, scrotum, or pubis.
• Suits guys who wear briefs or Speedos and are happy with their leg and pubic hair.

Men's Saddle IPL

• The Saddle style of hair removal is designed for cyclists who want to prevent rashes and chaffing down under, but don't want it to be obvious.
• Pubic hair is removed ONLY from the perineum, butt crease and back of your scrotum.

• Clean and simple, only the penis, scrotum and perineum are waxed, leaving hair intact on leg crease and belly.
• Eliminates ingrowns from chaffing underwear elastic on belt line and leg crease.

Men's Wedge Manzilian IPL

• The Wedge Manzilian removes hair from the scrotum, penis, base of the penis shaft, & perineum for a clean and sexy feel.
• Also removes hair from upper leg crease and optionally, the belt area.

How many IPL pubic hair removal treatments will I need?

As a general rule of thumb, each hair grows for one month then sleeps for 5 months to re-energise. I can only kill hairs that are actively growing.

For that reason, I recommend 6 treatments in 6 months, preferably 4 weeks apart.

After 6 sessions, we'll reassess. If you have no hairs returning, I'll start spacing out your appointments. We'll book your next session for two months, then four months, and so on, until I'm only seeing you every year or two for a top up.

On the other hand, if you're having a slower response but we're definitely seeing results, we'll just keep chipping away.

Does it work on blond, grey or red pubic hair?

No.

I can buy a cheap IPL machine online.

Yeah. They aren't effective, but feel free to give one a try. I can say that without fear because if you do buy one, and:

• it doesn't work at all, I'll end up seeing you for a real treatment in the future.
• if you do see a result, it will only be that your hair is lighter, i.e. the low powered machine stripped the melanin from your hair, leaving you with blond or grey pubes. Once the melanin is gone, you can't get it back, and that makes you a lifelong waxing client.
