I'm not a psychologist. I do a lot of counselling though, usually with male clients who are emotionally or spiritually vulnerable, standing at a crossroad or near the edge of a cliff.
I'm also introspective. Analysing what makes me tick to the finest minutiae is an endless source of learning, confusion, and amusement.
I've seen things. I know stuff. If I ever chose to do so, I'm certain I could run a cult. 😇 😏 But instead, I write and paint and draw and record.
